Shipping Information
All orders typically leave our facility within 1-2 business days from the order date (with the exception of FedEx 2nd Day/Next Day Air). Orders are processed in the order of which they are received Monday-Friday, from 8am - 4pm (EST). We are not responsible for delays in shipping cause by missing/inaccurate order information, incorrect billing/credit card information, changes made after an order has been placed or product availability issues. However, should a problem arise, we will contact you within 48hrs of receiving the order.
Ship To Locations
All items listed can be shipped anywhere in the continental US. If you will require shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally please contact us via email (brgcuvi@earthlink.net) for a shipping quote PRIOR TO PURCHASING. All taxes/duties for international shipments will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Methods
FedEx Smart Post is also known as "Economy Shipping". You can expect delivery within 3-14 business days (including Saturdays). Unlike other services, FedEx Smart Post offers delivery to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. FedEx picks up from our location, transports the item to your home town and tenders the package to the US Postal Service for the final delivery. Any item listed online with "Free Shipping" will ship via FedEx Smart Post unless you upgrade your shipping at checkout.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery offers delivery within 1-5 days of ship date (including Saturdays). FedEx picks up at our facility once a day, M-F (excluding major holidays).
FedEx 2nd Day Air provides delivery within 2 days. If your order is placed before 1pm M-F, your order will ship that day. You will receive your order within 2 business days. For example, your order is placed at 10:00am on Monday. You will receive your order no later than Wednesday!
FedEx Next Day Air provides you with next day delivery. If your order is placed before 1pm M-F, your order will ship that day. You will receive your order the following day. For example, your orders is placed at 10:00am on Monday. You will receive your order on Tuesday!
Freight Shipments: Some listed items may only ship via truck freight (bodies, tops, batteries, etc) due to their large size. Truck freight orders will typically only deliver to a business address. To certain areas, freight companies will deliver to a residential address for an additional fee. Please contact us via email (brgcuvi@earthlink.net) for a shipping quote PRIOR TO PURCHASING.
Placing An Order / Checking Order Status
Your order can be placed safely & securly online however, you're welcome to call and place your order over the phone. We are available to take your order, or answer your questions, M-F, 8am-4pm (EST).
Payment Methods
Credit Cards/Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards & debit cards.
PayPal: If you wish to pay via PayPal, please select the "PayPal" payment option at checkout. If you wish to place an order over the phone and preffer PayPal as your payment method, we will gladly email you a PayPal invoice.
Personal Check: We will gladly accept personal checks however, please know that your order will not ship until the check has cleared. This typically takes 5-7 business days. Please be sure to contact us prior to sending your check payment and clarify that the amount is correct. Do also include with your check a copy of your order. Checks should be made payable to "Blue Ridge Golf Cars" and mailed to:

Order Confirmation
Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Should you not receive this email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" email folder. If you still do no receive, please contact us. It's possible that your email address was entered wrong or that your order did not process.
Order Status
You will receive email notifications informing you of changes to your order status. You will first receive an email confirming your order. This will be followed by an email with a link allowing you to track your order status. Once shipped, you will receive a final email providing you with tracking & in-transit information.
Taxes & Duties
By law, any item shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged applicable state sales tax (this will be calculated at checkout). Buyer will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties for items shipped internationally.
Returns / Exchanges
Please be sure to OPEN & INSPECT your item upon arrival. Should you have questions please contact us at 336-385-4653 within 1 business day!
Returns
Please DO NOT return an item for ANY REASON without contacting us first. All returns will be issued a return authorization number. Without this number, we will be unable to process your refund/exchange!
All return items must be received back in the origional condition & origional packaging. All origional implements must be present (instructions, installation hardware, keys, etc). In the event that the package lacks the sufficient packaging & is as a result damaged while in transit no refund, store credit or exchange will be issued! It will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Unless received damaged, we cannot accept returns on customized or special order items.
I ordered the wrong item: If you ordered the wrong item please contact us immediately! Provided the item has not yet shipped, we will happily adjust your order. In the event that you receive your order and then find that you ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs. Upon receiving the origional item back, we will ship you the correct one. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
I received the wrong item: If you received an item other than what you ordered, please contact us immediately! We will issue a call & return authorization number. The correct item will be shipped immediately at no additional charge to you.
I receive my package damaged: If your package arrives damaged and you are present at the time of delivery, please refuse the package. It will be returned to us at no additional charge. If you are not home at the time of the delivery and find that your package or the contents arrived damaged, please contact us within 48hrs. We have only a small window of time to file a damaged item claim with the carrier! We will send a replacement item out if needed and will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
My item is damaged, defective or missing parts: Please contact us with 48hrs of receiving your item. Many of our items are backed by a manufacturers warranty and may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. A call tag & return authorization number will be issued; a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional charge.
